About Us

Nick and Penny Tenpenny are longtime Nashville/Franklin residents. Both attended Lipscomb University – Go Bisons! We have extensive geographical knowledge of Davidson and Williamson Counties, but conduct real estate in all of Middle TN. The Tenpenny Team was award #9 at Benchmark in their Office in 2022 and Benchmark is #1 in Middle TN for sales. We love to serve our community and our church, but our seven grandchildren are who take our hearts. Going the extra mile for our clients is what the Tenpenny Team is all about, and we love doing it!
